Imposter syndrome refers to that unpleasant feeling of permanent self-doubt that comes from feeling illegitimate and having difficulty owning one's own successes. This syndrome is fuelled by our individual, family and societal beliefs. This feeling is normal and felt by many. Recognizing and understanding this syndrome will help you overcome self-doubt, fear and devaluation.

This conference will teach you how to :

  • Soothe your limiting beliefs and inner critic to deconstruct self-deprecating patterns.
  • Become aware of your qualities and achievements to boost your self-confidence and learn to believe in your worth.
