Employee barometer and simplified HR audit

Employee DEI Survey and HR Questionnaire

This simplified audit enables us to assess any potential DEI issue within your company.
It is structured around three key stages.

HR Questionnaire

This questionnaire is intended for the HR team to assess the current situation in 3 areas.

Compliance: the goal is to find out whether you meet some of the legal obligations that apply to you depending on the size of your company (Equality Index, harassment referents, people with disabilities employement objective, etc).

Key figures
:
to measure where you currently stand in terms of gender mix, equality and diversity, and to determine which areas need to be prioritised.

Company practices and policies:
to identify the actions in favour of diversity and inclusion that have already been put in place and where you stand in terms of best practices on these subjects.

Employee perception survey

Our survey enables you to measure the perceptions of your employees on the following subjects:

Corporate culture : are you perceived as a company that is committed to diversity and inclusion?

Discrimination & harassment : do your employees feel that you have put in place the necessary mechanisms to prevent, act on and manage potential situations?

Recruitment, performance review and promotion: how do your employees rate the company on these issues in terms of diversity and inclusion?

Well-being at work : do your employees feel included and able to express their differences and singularity?

Level of knowledge: assessment of your employees' level of knowledge on these topics.

Example of questions

  • My company has 0 tolerance for sexist, racist, homophobic jokes, etc. (1: not at all, 5: completely )
  • In my company, everyone is treated the same way, whatever their cultural or social background, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, etc. (1: not at all , 5: completely )
  • If I have a question about discrimination or harassment, do I know the procedure to follow / the people to contact in the company?

Analysis of results and reporting

We analyse the results of the HR questionnaire and the barometer. We prepare an analysis including:

  • the main issues that were identified

  • any differences in employees' depending on their characteristics (e.g. gender, age group, whether or not they are managers, etc.)

  • recommendations for further action

We can also organize focus groups to analyse employees' feelings in greater depth if the barometer results highlight specific issues or significant differences in feelings between different categories of employees.

A summary of this analysis will be presented to you during a reporting session (1h).
