Support mission for ERGs

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) sometimes emerge in companies, on the initiative of of employees, management or Human Resources.

A precise framework is needed to enable the ERG to develop and create value for the company.

What is the network's ambition? What are its objectives? How can we define what the network is and what it is not? Who are the network's targets? What are the membership principles? How will it be managed? How will it be run? How should it be launched? Who devotes time to the network? How can we communicate about this initiative? What results can be expected from the network? How does it fit in with the company's diversity and inclusion strategy?

In the form of a thematic workshop, we propose to guide the stakeholders through these different questions, in order to help them clarify the framework for the network's action.
