Multicultural teams represent an invaluable asset for companies, but they also come with challenges.

The purpose of this awareness conference is twofold:

  • On the one hand, it aims to provide participants with a deeper understanding of how culture influences the behavior of individuals and shapes interactions in international organizations;

  • On the other hand, it provides participants with concrete tools and concepts that will enable them to interact with people from other cultures in a way that is effective and fulfilling for all.

The conference is articulated in 4 axes:

  1. Understand what cultural diversity is: understand the different dimensions that define a culture and affect the behavior of individuals at work

  2. Exploring the challenges and benefits faced by individuals in multicultural work environments and becoming aware of one's cultural frame of reference

  3. Detect multicultural biases and prejudices: better understand them to learn how to overcome them

  4. Develop cultural intelligence to gain confidence in professional interactions in an international context
