Four generations now coexist in the workplace. It’s never happened before!
This situation can be explained by recent demographic changes, in particular the increase in life expectancy and the aging of baby boomers. This unprecedented situation generates frictions and calls for new balances to be created. In this context, how can we create the conditions for, at least peaceful and at best prosperous, professional relationships between generations? How can we move from the coexistence of different generations in the workplace to cooperation?

This conference shares keys to better evolve in professional environments characterized by generational diversity. Through a participative and de-stigmatizing approach, it invites to take advantage of this new situation in order to promote intergenerational relations that are beneficial for the organization as well as for the employees.
