Learn to better navigate with digital over-solicitation

Diane Taieb - Well being at work conference

Diane Taieb

Since 2017, Diane has been working with individuals and companies to offer training, conferences, workshops and retreats. She draws on psychology and neuroscience, and her pillar practices are mindfulness meditation, non-violent communication and the enneagram.

Our professional lives have become a real grind: we are interrupted every few minutes by the multiplication of digital tools. This over-solicitation creates stress, tension and fatigue, a decrease in the quality of our concentration and work, and a difficulty to be present to each other in our professional relationships.

What if we learned to train our attention to be less porous to interruptions and thus make ourselves more concentrate, peaceful, available and present to our projects, and to our relationships?

This conference teaches us to understand how our attention system works and how we can learn to better manage our relationship with digital for a healthier mind! The conference articulates theory including learning from neurosciences, psychology of attention, and personal experience, practicing exercises and sharing.
