Self-censorship and limiting beliefs

Diane Taieb

Since 2017, Diane has been working with individuals and companies to offer training, conferences, workshops and retreats. She draws on psychology and neuroscience, and her pillar practices are mindfulness meditation, non-violent communication and the enneagram.

Our greatest limitations are those we impose on ourselves. In most cases, external circumstances are not preventing us from living up to our aspirations. It's what we unconsciously tell ourselves.

"Are you kidding?! I can't say that!"

"I'm not legitimate enough"

"I can't do this"

"What will others think?"

The bad news is that it's our responsibility. The good news is that it's our responsibility! So we can act on them. We can deconstruct the beliefs that limit us, to end self-censorship. This is the purpose of this conference.

We will see a concrete method to identify and deconstruct our limiting beliefs, and we will also work on appeasing our inner "censor".
