We can easily get lost in the frenzy of daily life. Because of the desire to do well in all aspects of our lives, because of the fear of disappointing, because of a lack of discernment, we can quickly get caught up in automatic patterns and find ourselves like a tightrope walker at risk of falling at any moment.

How can we build good habits that allow us to take care of our physical, emotional and mental resources, at the heart of our daily professional and personal lives? This conference, through theoretical contributions, feedback and practical exercises, will allow participants to question their work/life balance in order to make better choices.

Learn to better listen to yourself, understand your priorities, your needs and identify your limits in order to take care of your inner harmony and approach the balance in a balanced way!
