Description

Sexism and sexist behaviours are still deeply rooted in the workplace. Three in five (58%) women say they have experienced sexual harassment, bullying or verbal abuse at work. Even half of women (52%) aged 18 to 34 say they have experienced harassment from a third party at work (TUC, 2023).

Using practical examples, this e-learning course aims to equip participants to distinguish between the different forms of sexist and sexual violence in the workplace (sexist behaviour, sexual harassment, sexual assault), identify the right and wrong reflexes for reacting when they witness or are the victim of such behaviour, and know who to contact, all with a positive and non-moralising approach.
