Beyond mindfulness

We’re tired, we’re stressed, we’re distracted, and that is how we make mistakes or become overwhelmed at work, even when our job holds meaning for us. While we know that stress has an impact on our job satisfaction, on results and performance, and in the worst cases leads to burnout and issues at home, stress is a vague concept which is hard to ‘manage’. Yet there are so many ways that are practical and helpful in managing stress, regardless of whether it comes from an isolated event or lingering tension.

This workshop is very practical and includes different exercises to improve relaxation, focus and concentration, lower stress levels and promote wellbeing. There are three parts to this workshop:

  1. Lower stress at work (or when you are working from home): what can you do to relax and reset your energy levels
  2. Respond to stressful situations at work
  3. Improve your focus and concentration when you are uninspired, bored, distracted or overwhelmed

From meditation to breathwork, as well as very practical tips you can start implementing today, you will try several methods and find one or more that can become your go-to. You will feel more open, more present and more aware in your day to day, thus better able to do your best, at work and at home.

You will feel empowered, more self-aware and hopefully more comfortable bringing your whole self to work following this workshop, allowing yourself to be all of who you are, as well as allow and support others in your team to do the same.
