In the world, 10 tons of plastic are manufactured on average... every second. From our packaging to our furniture, through our clothes and even the composition of our cosmetics, plastics are omnipresent. Deleterious to both the environment and our health, it is however possible (and not as difficult as we think) to significantly reduce our daily consumption.

This conference aims to give participants all the practical tools to understand the environmental impacts of plastic and to adopt more sustainable alternatives every day, to cook, dress, wash, take care of oneself and even do the housework without plastic. You will also be able to learn how to avoid the health hazards of endocrine disruptors contained in these objects and products and how to spot unsuspected plastics hidden in our homes. The tips, tricks and recipes shared throughout the conference are accessible to all, easy, quick and realistic. The message is positive and inspiring.

Thanks to its quizzes, key figures and questions and answers, this masterclass is interactive and approaches this environmental theme in a fun and participative way. The participants leave with practical illustrated sheets summarizing the tips and recipes discussed during the presentation. The objective is to motivate everyone to act at their own level, in their own way and at their own pace.
