Descriptive

The purpose of this training course is to make the HR team aware of the presence of numerous stereotypes (linked to gender, origin, academic background, age, sexual orientation, disability, etc.) throughout employees' careers and to equip the HR team to suggest internal changes if necessary. By analysing processes such as performance management, promotions, talent identification and pay, as well as themes such as work-life balance, recognition and team life, the HR team will be able to measure the importance of deconstructing its biases, and explore concrete tools and methods for changing practices.
