Descriptive

The purpose of this training course is to make the HR team aware of the presence of gender stereotypes throughout employees' careers and to equip them to propose internal changes if necessary.

By analysing processes such as performance management, promotions, talent identification and pay, as well as themes such as work-life balance, recognition and team life, the HR team will be able to assess the importance of deconstructing gender bias, and explore practical tools and methods for changing practices.
