Being antiracist at work

Being antiracist at work

Since George Floyd and the Black Lives Matter movement, antiracism has become a buzzword. But what does it actually mean? What can we do to be antiracist, and to create antiracist companies and cultures?

This workshop is an invitation to step back and humbly explore one’s own position. This workshop is an eye-opener for many to observe the world through different lenses, and grow in alignment with values of inclusion, diversity and equity in a non-judgemental environment.

In this workshop, you will challenge your own mindset and learn to have open conversations about sensitive topics in a way that is respectful and constructive. You will also learn to challenge racism at work and instigate antiracist conversations to challenge racial microaggressions and become an ally. You will be equipped with concrete ways to take action at your own individual level, and to apply your self-awareness and communication skills to act and interact in an antiracist way.
