Working in multicultural teams can be as challenging as it can be rewarding. In a spirit of respect, curiosity and flexibility, this workshop explores ways to ensure that cross-cultural communication is effective and that multicultural teams can work together to achieve both performance and job satisfaction.
The purpose of this workshop is to gain transferable skills which you can use to work with colleagues from different cultures. You will increase your own self-awareness about how your culture has influenced how you work and how you communicate, and you will learn ways to negotiate differences with colleagues, and manage discomfort or misunderstandings linked to working in diverse teams. This workshop is very practical and you will end with concrete take-aways to balance a unified company culture with a diverse workforce.
