Body awareness and letting go

 

We all aspire to more simplicity and to freely express our ideas, talents and uniqueness, but it's not that simple.

This 2-hour workshop aims to use the body to explore a new relationship with ourselves and others.

Through a series of movement and free-dance exercises, we'll gradually learn to become aware of our bodies, to listen to them, and to put them in motion, so as to learn to assert our uniqueness, overcome our fear of other people's gaze, and unfold our spontaneity and self-confidence.

It's a high-impact, liberating practice that has repercussions in everyday life.

This workshop is open to everyone, whether you're shy, comfortable, a beginner or a seasoned performer!
