An introduction to mindfulness meditation for better stress management.

In the frenzy of our hyperactive urban lives, how can we never let stress overwhelm us? So many things to do, so many things to think about... So we brood, we dwell on the past, we over-anticipate the future. We lock ourselves in thought loops that undermine our concentration, efficiency, creativity, well-being and confidence. Sometimes this even has an impact on our bodies: fatigue, oversleeping or insomnia, stomach upsets, headaches or backaches... The good news is that we can learn to live with greater calm, confidence and serenity thanks to mindfulness meditation.

This initiation will enable participants to (re)discover mindfulness meditation, through :

  • teaching based on the latest neuroscience research and the trainer's personal experience,
  • moments of practice,
  • time for sharing among participants.
