Joanna has a dual Franco-British nationality she graduated with a MSc in International HRM and International Mobility from ParisTech/ENS Cachan, she is also a certified coach from the Institute of Leadership & Management in London. The importance of a diversity and inclusion initiative in the workplace is well established, whether in terms of employee well-being, talent attraction and retention, or business performance and innovation.

However, discrimination in the workplace persists, and employees express the need for a better understanding of diversity and inclusion topics. Only 37% of companies report that diversity is sufficiently recognised and valued in their organisation, and 17% that it is well understood by their teams (Workday survey, 2023).
