A Paralympic medallist, Florence Alix-Gravellier developed her expertise in diversity and the employment of people with disabilities when she was in charge of the Adecco Group's Disability & Skills Centre in France. An author, coach and speaker, she regularly shares her experience with companies of all sizes and sectors. Florence Alix-Gravellier is Vice-President of the French Tennis Federation. She is also a member of the board and chair of the Gender Equality in Tennis Committee of Tennis Europe, the European tennis federation.
